About the District

The Georgia 98th Congressional District is the Northwest corner of Gwinnett County.  It essentially is all of the county North of McGinnis Ferry Rd and West of I-85.  This includes the towns of Suwanee, Sugar Hill and Buford, with a few voters from Rest Haven.

There are about 41,000 registered voters in the district, spread out among about 22,000 homes.  Of that, about 6,000 vote Democrat, 10,000 Republican and the rest have no party affiliation.  About 35,000 of these voters are active voters, which makes this a very involved district.
